Questions people ask
Do my customers need an account?
No. They open your link, pick a time and leave their name, phone and email. That is it.
Can I add bookings that come in by phone or WhatsApp?
Yes. Add them from the dashboard in a few taps. They sit on the same calendar as online bookings, so nothing double-books.
What happens when two people want the same slot?
The first confirmed booking wins. The database itself refuses overlapping bookings for the same staff member, so it cannot happen by accident.
How do online payments work?
Connect your ToyyibPay account in Settings. Customers who choose to pay online are sent to ToyyibPay for FPX or card, and the booking is marked paid when it clears.
Can I put the booking form on my own website?
Yes. Settings gives you a one-line snippet for an inline widget, a popup button or a floating "Book now" button. It works on WordPress, Wix, Shopify and plain HTML.
Are reminders included?
Confirmation and cancellation emails are included today. WhatsApp and SMS reminders are next on the roadmap.
